How to preserve the material
- Don't edit, trim or convert. Even "save as" or forwarding it again on WhatsApp changes the file.
- Keep the source. The device, the message, the camera system or the link the video came from.
- Write it down. Where the video came from, when, and who passed it on.
- Online video? Send the link. We'll download it ourselves, with full documentation.
- Don't send files before we talk. We'll send you a link for secure transfer.
